It has cool Ninja Jajamaru mini game at the beginning of the game.

There are 3 fun mini games on Disc2.

Ninja JyaJyaMaru-kun

A very cool looking 2D shooter!
It is only a 2 stage mini game.
But it's much much better than Captain Flag mini game.
The game begins as You(Player) met Kyoko at the game-center after playing Ninja JyaJyaMaru-kun.
She will show you around the town.

When you step out, a girl named Kotori bumps into you.
She ran away....but it's only a beginning of the nightmare...
(a psycho girl in love is very very scary)

It is a ren-ai(date sim) game.
You walk around the town and meet girls(and impress them by talking nice!).
Visit the hospital and meet the nurse Rumi.
and her patient Miyuri.
Miyuri is always hospitalized.
At night, Lilim visits all the girl you met on day time and put them into eternal slumber.
You can only protect one girl with quiz game.
If you fail the quiz game, this is what happens to the girl you protect...

ZZZzzz...ZZZzzz... never wake up again.
On friday night, remaining girls will team up with you and strom into final girl's house and protect her.

Unlike PlayStation version, there is no slowdown even with 6 girls following you.
If all of Pai members are alive, final battle will be a Mahjong game. If any Pai member is missing, final battle will be a regular quiz.
Rules are same as Suchie-Pai 2.
there are no panel match game between rounds.
You start with several special items, so winning should be easy.

It was Kotori who used Lilim to cause all the nightmares.

After ending, you choose the girl for a date. If you impressed her well, you gat a date.
(You don't have to impress Kotori because she already is in love with you.)

There are several modes
Date mode, sound test mode, gallery, and mini game.

by the way, every Suchie-Pai games has sound test mode with vocal tracks.

If you don't touch joypad for a while, Miyuri will fall asleep (like this!).
